About Pastor Marc

Pastor Marc, originally from Hazard, Kentucky, serves as the Lead Pastor here at New Covenant. He is responsible for leading, preaching, teaching, and overall care of the members of this body.

In 1992, Pastor and his wife, Mary, started New Covenant in a living room after the Lord gave him a vision for Charleston. Prior to New Covenant, Pastor Marc served as an evangelist and pastor in Kentucky and spent two years serving in the United Kingdom.

We Are Growing

Oddly enough, New Covenant has its roots in the UK. While serving members of the US military as a pastor about an hour northeast of London, Pastor Marc sensed God urging him to start a new work in Charleston, SC.

From there, massive steps of faith have been honored by God. New Covenant’s humble beginnings resembled 8 passionate people around a coffee table in Hanahan. Now, a vibrant mission minded church with multiple locations full of people building and helping their community.
